Where is norgannons core

Comment by Norgannon was a titan in charge of arcane magic, who left Watchers and items in all three major Titan locations; Uldum, Uldaman and Ulduar - more information is available on WoWWiki. Oddly enough, there are actually two cores in two different locations, one for Alliance and one for Horde - make sure you're looking for the correct one.

The core won't drop for the wrong faction. Comment by Blackriver I tried summoning Brann right after acquiring the core and he wouldn't even let me speak to him and had no silver question mark above his head. After destroying the core, killing Athan again, and obtaining the core again, and summoning Brann again, I was able to turn in the quest.
